What is L(-)-Epinephrine CAS 51-43-4 Application/Use

1. As a first-aid drug to restore cardiac function: It is often used for weak heartbeats or sudden arrests caused by anaphylactic shock, drowning, infectious diseases, drug poisoning, surgical accidents, and heart block. When the heartbeat completely stops, intracardiac injection can be used, combined with effective artificial respiration, cardiac massage and other measures. 2. Used for allergic diseases: Subcutaneous or intramuscular injection can treat allergic diseases, such as anaphylactic shock, urticaria, bronchial asthma, laminitis, etc.
3. Compatible application with local anesthetics: Add 0.5-1ml of 0.1% epinephrine solution to every 100ml of local anesthetics to shrink local blood vessels and delay the absorption of local anesthetics, which can extend the anesthesia time and reduce the toxic reactions of anesthetics.
